About Dylan

Meet Dylan

My name is Dylan Quiggle, and I appreciate your presence here. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate based in Seattle, Washington, my passion lies in working with young adults, teens, children, and families facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and ADHD. I bring a unique blend of cognitive psychotherapy and somatic therapy to my practice, integrating various therapeutic modalities to provide comprehensive and personalized care.

My Approach to Therapy

In my practice, I embody a relational-based therapeutic approach that centers around building a strong and trusting connection with my clients. I believe that the foundation of successful therapy is rooted in mutual respect, understanding, and collaboration between the therapist and the individual seeking support. I place great emphasis on the therapeutic relationship, viewing it as a catalyst for positive change. By fostering a safe and supportive environment, I strive to create a space where clients feel heard, valued, and free to explore their thoughts and emotions. My approach to therapy is grounded in building a relational foundation, fostering mutual respect, gently challenging individuals to explore different perspectives, and incorporating mindfulness practices. Through this collaborative and holistic process, I aim to empower clients on their journey towards greater self-discovery and positive change.

My Background

As a licensed clinical social worker associate, I draw from my extensive experience, training, and certification in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Motivational Interviewing, and Internal Family Systems. My diverse work experience encompasses child psych inpatient care and community mental health at Dawson Place Child Advocacy Center working with survivors of sexual assault/abuse. I hold my Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work from the University of Washington.
