Integrative modern therapy for young adults, teens, and families.
I work with individuals and families and specialize in these areas:
Young Adults in Transition
I support clients 18-35 in working with anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, identity exploration, and navigating life transitions such as breakups, graduation, moving, and early career experiences.
Adolescent Therapy
I provide individual therapy to teens (13-17) that is relationally focused and informed by evidence-based practice and modern behavior therapy. I work with some teens on a shorter term basis to address issues such as a depressive episode, panic attacks, acute single-event traumas, and problem-solving school or parent issues. I also work with teens in long term therapy by helping them develop behavioral, emotional, and relational skills to navigate the wide range of environments they interact with (family, school, peers, social media).
Parents of Teens and Young Adults
Are you a parent worried about your teen or young adult child’s mental health or future? If so — you’re not alone. You may be seeing patterns that concern you: constant procrastination, emotional outbursts, low motivation, or fear of failure. Maybe your child is bright and capable but can’t seem to move forward, and you’re unsure how to help without making things worse. I work with teens, young adults and parents to untangle what’s going on beneath the surface and build practical, sustainable paths forward—together.
I help parents and families learn to address:
- Complex mental health concerns (e.g., mood disorders, school refusal, substance use)
- “Failure to launch” challenges—when a child is stuck or unmotivated
- ADHD and related executive function problems
- Parenting burnout, confusion, and helplessness
